CQT have been providing specialist consulting advice to the Multiplex Group on the Quay Quarter Project, on constructability, concrete technology, strategic planning and site related technical support.
Quay Quarter Sydney is a multi-storey building project right in the heart of Circular Quay Sydney and will be the focal point for the revitalisation of that part of the CBD. Upon completion it will extend across two harbour-side blocks including; 106 apartments, ~10,000m2 of retail space with a range of transport options nearby (ferry, bus, train, taxi and future light rail), and over 1 acre of new private and public open space
